Filter Fabrics Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of
filters, filter bags, filter fabrics for liquid solid separation/dust
collection. Incorporated in the year 1982, the company caters to the
needs of several industries including Cement, Chemicals,
Pharmaceuticals & Food Industries, Dyes, Paints & printing
inks, metal industries, vegetable oil industries, petrochemical &
lubricating oil industries.
We are the manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of
filters and focus on customer satisfaction through quality product
& services. Our production house is well equipped with latest technology for
manufacturing and R & D facilities to meet customers requirement.
We strive to maintain quality and achieve customer satisfaction
under the able guidance of the Chairman, Mr. K.J.Gangan who himself has
had more than two decades of multifarious experience in filtration
industry.
Quality of Products
To maintain the high
quality of products, we use only premium quality Fabrics such as
woven/non-woven, coated/treated, depending on the process of
application like Grammage, Air permeability, Mesh/Micron, Thermal
stability, breaking strength etc. Thus the carefully selected fabrics
are cut to the required sizes, as per drawings by using heat set cutter
& stitched with two/three needle seamless chain stitch line using
appropriate threads. For mechanical arrangement, metal rings &
metal cages are fixed with bags. Quality parameters are checked
stringently.
Specialties
N.K. Filter fabrics has
several technical, finishes and treatments that are suitable for woven
and non-woven filter media to improve material characteristics such as
acid resistant, anti adhesive, anti-static, fire retardant, water
repellent.

polishing canvas cloth, Dust collector bags for reverse jet/pulse jet
and mechanical shaking type dust collecting system.
Filter pads - cut to required sizes out of suitable filter media. Canvas/rubber/Teflon coated flexible Bellows/Chutes etc.
